Cecilia Wong joined Leith Wheeler in 1995 after seven years at Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants as an audit manager in their Audit and Assurance practice. She is responsible for the financial, compliance and operations of Leith Wheeler.
Brad Weldon joined Leith Wheeler in October 2005 as a Consultant and was responsible for all financial functions as well as day-to-day operations of the firm. In November 2006, he was promoted to Vice President, Finance and Operations and is currently responsible for the firm’s financial plans and accounting practices, as well as the operations of the corporate and fund accounting departments. Brad articled with KPMG LLP (Vancouver) and provided audit and business advisory services to clients in the Financial Institutions and Real Estate Sectors. His experience at KPMG primarily focused on performing audits of various financial institutions such as investment dealers, asset managers and investment funds. Brad obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2003.
Jerry joined Leith Wheeler in 2007 and is responsible for compliance operations including developing and implementing policies and procedures for the Firm; reviewing client investment policies and guidelines; reviewing client account setups and contracts; and regulatory reporting for the various securities commissions and registrations. Prior to joining Leith Wheeler, Jerry worked with BC Hydro overseeing investment management of the pension plan. He also spent five years with a multinational investment consulting firm.
