Leith Wheeler Investment Counsel Ltd. is an employee-owned firm, headquartered in Vancouver with offices in Calgary and Toronto. We manage over $25 billion of assets on behalf of pension, foundation, corporate, Aboriginal, and individual clients across Canada.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive administrator to support the Private Client team in our Toronto office. Working closely with other administrators and Associates, the successful candidate will support one Portfolio Manager in the administrative management of client accounts, and smooth operation of the Toronto office.
This position will appeal to someone who is passionate about client service, event planning (social/hosting skills, and knowledge of Toronto arts and entertainment venues), and office management & reception duties (always ready to receive clients and prospects, and keep the office functioning smoothly).
Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 per annum (actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
