Manager, Information Technology Services

Job Description:
- Manage information technology services and computer systems including monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and deployment telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Manage budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Collaborate with Investment Analytics team to monitor, support and enhance Investment Platform tools.
- Supervise and/or perform various information technology projects, like:
- Upgrading system to Windows 10,
- Opening new branch locations,
- Implementing VOIP and VDI solutions, and
- Migrating BCP resources to cloud infrastructure.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Information Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years experience with network, server and desktop support including Windows.
- 5+ years experience with software issue resolution, including off-the-shelf products from Microsoft, proprietary applications, and cloud-based tools.
- Experience with VMware required.
- Experience with Zerto, ArcServ, Veeam, Linux and/or Zabbix is a plus.
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and commitment to drive tasks to completion.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written form.
- Proven experience managing and delivering information technology services for large user facilities (100+ users) including:
- Desktop, laptop and server support.
- OS Support: Windows 10, Windows 7; Microsoft Server 2016, 2012, 2008 and 2003.
- Troubleshooting, repair, installs, upgrades of network infrastructure including firewall and VPN connections.
- User Account Administration: Active Directory user accounts, group policy, and resource permissions.
- Business Continuity: data storage, backup and Disaster Recovery including virus/spyware removal, email/browser repair, and PC restoration.
- User Training for software including internet and MS Office tools.
