Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Manage administration and execution of extensive sponsorship calendar, including third party vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Take point on email marketing campaigns, including layout and scheduling within Pardot marketing automation software
  • Manage social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn) and provide input on effective utilization of them
  • Provide event planning logistics for several major client events per year, including webinars
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns with external vendor (and/or lead, depending on experience)
  • Generate quarterly and ad hoc reporting
  • Oversee website and spearhead projects with external vendors
  • Depending on experience, interest, and time:
    • Contribute to content strategy
    • Work on additional design projects including advertisements, brochures, online publications, and other

Job Qualifications:

  • You’re organized! And skilled at keeping processes and deadlines on track when relying on multiple (also busy) stakeholders
  • Moderate to advanced experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, with particular focus on InDesign (bonus points: Premier Pro)
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills, and high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media best practices
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies
  • Experience with planning events for 10 to 100 people

 A plus, but a differentiator:

  • Experience with graphic design (please provide portfolio if so) and/or media production (including photography, video, and editing)
  • Knowledge of or experience in the capital markets
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot plug-in in particular
