Marketing Coordinator/Designer

Leith Wheeler Investment Counsel Ltd. is an employee-owned firm based in Vancouver, with additional offices in Toronto and Calgary. We manage over $20 billion of assets on behalf of pension, foundation, corporate, Indigenous, and individual clients across Canada and are offering the right candidate an opportunity to join our firm, reporting directly to the VP Marketing & Communications.

We are looking for a Marketing Unicorn, and we know it. While your title would in fact be Marketing Coordinator/Designer, you would bring to the job a unique mix of experience and/or aptitude with graphic design, marketing execution, event planning, and social media. We’re a growing firm, now one of the largest independent money managers in Canada, and we’re investing in people like you to help tell our story. Our brand, Quiet Money, reflects our culture: we don’t do a lot of hand waving (or any sleight of hand). We’re straight shooters with a singular focus on taking care of our clients. Integrity matters here, and matters to you, too.

This role offers a terrific opportunity for an early-career marketing professional or graphic designer with some marketing experience. You’ll interact with professionals in all corners and levels of the firm, and get to work on a steady stream of different projects. As we are 100% employee-owned, the opportunity also exists to become a partner of the firm alongside roughly three quarters of the rest of the employees, from the receptionist to the CEO. It’s a great gig, working with great people. Are you great, too?
