A Sheep in Wolf's Clothing: Susan Cain on the Power of Introversion
In her groundbreaking book, Quiet, corporate lawyer-turned-author Susan Cain did what no academic before or since, could: help the masses understand the nature and opportunity of introversion. The book went on to smash best seller lists around the world - continuously for the past seven years - and thrust her TED Talk beyond 23 million views. I was fortunate enough to interview Ms. Cain, and learned how the finance industry in particular could benefit from her research.
