Lisa Meger joined Leith Wheeler in December 2008 as an Associate, after graduating from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Finance). Lisa has spent her career at Leith Wheeler working with a variety of Institutional clients, communicating investment strategy, and advising on investment policies and asset allocation.
She has been actively involved in the firm’s responsible investment activities since the firm signed on to the Principles for Responsible Investment in December 2013. As a dedicated ESG Analyst, Lisa leads the firm’s ESG research efforts, highlighting material ESG issues at the company level and evaluating companies’ performance in collaboration with the investment team. Lisa is also involved in the firm’s stewardship activities – participating in company engagements and providing input on proxy voting decisions.
Lisa holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. She is a volunteer with the CFA Society of Vancouver on the University Outreach Committee, helping to bring awareness of the designation to university students.
