Bio
David joined Leith Wheeler in September 2015, bringing experience from his eight-year tenure at Mackenzie Cundill, where he most recently served as Director of Research and Lead Portfolio Manager for several of Cundill’s strategies. Prior to that, he spent six years with Belkorp Capital Management and three years with Toronto Dominion Asset Management.
As a U.S. equity analyst, David is responsible for researching small- and mid-cap companies and for co-managing the Leith Wheeler US Small/Mid-Cap Equity Fund.
David graduated from the University of British Columbia and earned his MBA at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. David is a also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder.
