Dhruv Mallick, CFA

Bio

Dhruv is Head of the Credit team and portfolio manager for core plus strategies. He joined Leith Wheeler in January 2015 as a credit analyst, focusing on both investment grade and high yield credit. With over 15 years of investment experience in credit markets, Dhruv has previously managed U.S. high-yield and investment-grade credit portfolios at CQS in London and Barclays Global Investors/BlackRock in San Francisco. He also worked as a credit analyst at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO) in Newport Beach. At Leith Wheeler, Dhruv is a member of the Portfolio Review Committee, which determines firm-wide asset allocation guidelines, and the Private Asset Committee, which makes recommendations on new investment strategies. He holds a Master's degree in Financial Markets from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Grinnell College, Iowa. Dhruv is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder.
