Bio
Matt joined Leith Wheeler in June 2024, bringing over 10 years of experience in the financial industry. He previously focused on private client investment and wealth strategies at RBC Dominion Securities and RBC Phillips, Hager & North Investment Counsel. Prior to his career in finance, Matt dedicated over 20 years pursuing his passion for soccer, which led him to be part of the Whitecaps Prospect Team and Canadian Youth National Team. He later earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of the Fraser Valley, where he also played on the varsity soccer team.
Matt is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder. Outside of work, he maintains an active lifestyle, participating in various sports. Matt also contributes to his community by volunteering his time in the classroom at the University of the Fraser Valley, where he helps educate and mentor students.
