Bio
Mike joined Leith Wheeler in 2016, bringing over 20 years of experience as a trusted advisor to wealthy families and not-for-profit clients. Prior to joining the firm, he spent a decade with the Toronto office of a large, multinational investment firm, where he served on theInvestment Strategy and International Investment committees while managing client responsibilities.
He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a joint degree in French and Economics and holds the Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designation. Mike is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder and a member of CFA Society Toronto.
In obtaining his FEA designation, Mike reaffirmed his commitment to working in a multi-disciplinary setting with clients’ other professional advisors. His blend of technical education and extensive experience uniquely positions him to assist both foundations and families in successfully transitioning their wealth and stewardship to the next generation.
